The 8^th anniversary celebrations of the Mechanical Engineering Association organized on 15^th April 2009. The program started with prayer. Mr. A.Nagendra, president of MEA listed the events organized by the association. Faculty Advisor Sri K.Ch.Kishor Kumar, gave the general instructions to the students and the importance of noise in day to day life. Dr. A. Jawahar Babu, HOD, spoke about hard work at work place. Dr.S.R.K.Reddy, Principal, delivered his presidential address. He conveyed his best regards to all the final year students. He gave suggestions to juniors regarding attendance, regularity, sincerity, counseling, percentage etc., Sri Ch. Venkatramanna, Registrar, asked to recognize the importance post graduation course like M.Tech, M.S, MBA etc., for good settlement. Prof. P.Ravindra Babu, Dean Student Affairs, addressed the students to take Sri VVR Seshadri Rao, as a role model for punctuality, sincerity, discipline. Sri B.Karuna Kumar, delivered his message about the opportunities in the core and software field. The program continued with prize distribution followed by vote of thanks and ended with National anthem.
