  1. The financial statistics which comes from students each 1000/- for life time membership. We need to collect the amount from 2020-2024 and 2021-2025 batches.

  2. Requirement for hiring a junior assistant for carrying the Alumni related work.

  3. Request for a dedicated room for Alumni cell within the Main Block or in the New Block.

  4. Pending amounts should be collected from the college for 2019-2023 batch.

  5. Forwarding the Alumni adoption program to next levels.

  6. DISA program should be conducted for further levels. Like providing awareness to First year students on trending topics like Gen AI and other sectors.

  7. Two pages will be dedicated to Alumni in Technolight for publishing the current trending challenges, emerging technologies, opportunities in Industry as per advice given by the Chief Patron.

22nd Alumni Meet (Hyderabad)

On behalf of the Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College (AAGEC), SAMANVAY 2025 (22nd Alumni Meet), an interactive session for alumni, was organized at United Telugu Kitchens, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad from 9.30 AM to 3.00 PM on 13th April 2025. The event was coordinated by Mr. G. Balaji, Advisor – AAGEC, and Mr. D. Mahesh, President – AAGEC. The alumni meet turned out to be a memorable and highly successful gathering, with over 300 alumni in attendance, many accompanied by their families. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas, and further strengthen our alumni network. The event began with registration, during which updated information was collected from all attending alumni. Once everyone had assembled, the program officially commenced with an in-depth discussion on the Student Adoption Program..

20th Alumni Meet

"On behalf of the Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College, an Alumni Day - SRGEC Silver Jubilee celebration featuring an interactive session among the alumni was organized on 17 February 2024 in Gudlavalleru. The program was organized by Mr. G. Balaji, Advisor - AAGEC, and Mr. D. Mahesh, President – AAGEC.

At Gudlavalleru, the Alumni Day - SRGEC Silver Jubilee celebration (19th alumni meet) was celebrated with joy, enthusiasm, and pomp. Registration started at 08:00 AM. The event witnessed more than 649 alumni registering with over 640 confirmations and had a final attendance of 678. Alumni started arriving at 09:00 AM and were greeted at the entrance by Mr. D. Mahesh, President - AAGEC. A flurry of hellos and hi's echoed at the venue. Some of the alumni were attending a college event after 10 years, some were visiting for the first time since they graduated, and some attended to meet their old buddies and recollect the old days.

Around 10:30 AM, the first program of Alumni Day, "Ratna Awards Ceremony" commenced in the CLT at the College. Initially Mr. D. Mahesh, President – AAGEC, invited the Advisor to Management, the Director of PGCRD, the Principal, the Co-secretary, the Secretary, Management Members, the Chairman of SRGEC, the Chief Guest Prof K. Hemachandra Reddy Garu, Chairman of the A.P. State Council of Higher Education, and the Guest of Honour Dr. G. V. R. Prasada Raju, Vice-Chancellor of JNTUK, onto the dais. Following this, he announced the winners of Ratna Awards by Categorised by their respective fields as follows: So, winners of the First category, “Distinguished Alumni Ratna Award,” are Dr. Narasa Reddy Tummuru (1998-2002 Batch-EEE), Kiran Prasad Ivaturi (1998-2002 Batch-ME), Swapna Priya Vattem (1999-2003 Batch-ME), Rajesh Arimilli (1998-2002 Batch-ECE), Dr. Kiran Kumar Gurrala (2002-2006 Batch-ECE), Nani Medicharla (2001-2005 Batch-ECE), Dr. Bhavani Prasad Yalagala (2008-2012 Batch-ECE), Dr. Pachava Srinivas (2009-2013 Batch-ECE), and Dr. Sunil Kumar Vuppala (1998-2002-CSE). Winners of the Second Category, “Woman Alumni Achiever Award,” are Dr. K. Sri Lakshmi (2006-2009-ECE), Hima Bindu Vejella (1999-2003 Batch-IT), and Silpa Kunasani (2004-2008 Batch-IT). The winner of the Third Category, “Young Alumni Achiever Award,” is Dr. Vanama Raghava Kumar (2009-2013 Batch-CE). And the winners of the fourth category, “Distinguished Alumni Ratna Award (Others Walks of Life),” are T. Gowtham Deep Naidu (2000-2004 Batch-ECE), Nagababu Jannu (2005-2008 Batch-CSE), and Pavan Kumar Lingam (2007-2010 Batch-CSE). Winners of the four categories are invited to the dais and felicitated with the memento by the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour."

19th Alumni Meet

  • To consider & approve the audited statement of the AAGEC accounts for the financial year 2021-2022.

  • To consider & approve the annual report of activities conducted by AAGEC during the financial year 2022-2023.

  • To consider & approve the logo for AAGEC.

  • To discuss & explore the possibility of providing the financial support by AAGEC to help purchase the necessary and needful equipment/software to enhance research and consultancy activities in SRGEC.

  • To discuss & explore the possibility of providing the financial support by a group of alumni or an individual to help purchase the necessary and needful equipment/software to improve the student innovation, incubation, startup and entrepreneur activities in SRGEC.

  • To discuss & explore the activities that can be organized by alumni during the Silver Jubilee celebrations of SRGEC.

  • To elect the new office bearers of AAGEC for the period of two financial years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.

  • Any other points with the permission of the Chair.

17th Alumni Meet (Hyderabad)

On behalf of Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College, SAMANVAY 2022 an interactive session between the alumni was organized on 03 December 2022 in Hyderabad.  The programme was organized by Mr. G.Balaji, Advisor - AAGEC and by Mr. D.Mahesh, President – AAGEC.

At Hyderabad, SAMANVAY 2022 (17th alumni meet) was celebrated with joy, enthusiasm and pomp. The event witnessed more than 200 alumni registering with around 140 confirmations and had a final attendance of 125. Alumni started arriving at morning 9-00 AM were greeted at the entrance by Mr.D.Mahesh, President - AAGEC and Mr. Ch.Srinivasa Rao, PRO - SRGEC. A flurry of hello's, hi-s echoed at the venue. Some of the alumni were attending college event after 10 years, some were visiting for the first time since they passed out, some of them attended to meet their old buddies and recollect the old days.

The event of the day kicked off at 11-00 AM with Mr. N.Harish Babu (08 Batch - EEE), Joint Secretary1 - AAGEC, welcomed the alumni members and started the SAMANVAY 2022 (17th alumni meet). A very active participation from alumni ensured that we wrapped up the meeting with list of suggestions and action items for the alumni committee to work on. Suggestions from alumni have been noted and assured to be acted upon. Once the welcome address concluded, audience has saw a short video visual prepared for the event by the organizing committee, without doubt had brought back those special memories for many alumni in the audience.

 

 

16th Alumni Meet (Bangalore)

Samanvay 2022 ( 16thAlumni Meet ) in Bengaluru. The Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College (AAGEC) organized Samanvay 2022 (16thAlumni Meet) in Bengaluru from 11 AM to 2 PM on 19-11-2022. A total of 35 alumni members attended the Samanvay 2022. The program was coordinated by Sri.G.Balaji, AAGEC Advisor, Sri.D.Mahesh, AAGEC President and Sri.Ch.Srinivasa Rao, Public Relations officer, SRGEC. The alumni gave valuable suggestions for the betterment of SRGEC students regarding academics, placements and innovation/research activities. Dr G.V.S.N.R.V.Prasad, Principal of SRGEC presented the latest updates regarding college infrastructure and recent activities/programs conducted in SRGEC to the alumni. 16th Alumni Meet

 

15th Alumni Meet

Samanvay 2021 (15th Alumni Meet) was organized by the Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College (AAGEC) on the college campus on 27th March 2021. The programme started with the registration of alumni at the GEC reception. A total of 157 alumni members of GEC working in various organizations across India had attended the 15th alumni meet. 14th Alumni Meet

 The 14th Alumni Meet (Samanvay 2018) was organized by Alumni Association of Gudlavalleru Engineering College in GEC campus on 22nd December 2018. The programme started with the registration of alumni at GEC reception. A total of 135 alumni members of GEC working in various organizations across India had attended the 14th alumni meet. All these alumni members were assembled before the statue of Sri VVR Seshadri Rao to take his blessings and a group photo. Click Here for more information.

13th Alumni Meet (Bengaluru)

SAMANVAY 2017, 13thalumni meet and an interactive session between the alumni was organized by GEC Alumni Association at its Bengaluru Chapter on 17thDecember 2017.The venue for SAMANVAY 2017 is Flechazo, Above Surya Nissan, VVR Orchid, Doddanakkundi, Marathahalli, Bengaluru. The programme was organized by Mr.U.Srikanth, President-GEC Alumni Association. SAMANVAY 2017,13th alumni meet and an interactive session the alumni was organized by GEC Alumni Association at its Hyderabad Chapter on 17thDecember 2017. The venue for SAMANVAY 2017 is Moksh Banquets, Jyothi Elegance, Road number 36, Kavuri Hills phase 1, Madhapur, Hyderabad. The programme was organized by Mr.G.Balaji (Advisor-GEC Alumni Association) and Mr.P.Avinash (Secretary-GEC Alumni Association) in Hyderabad. The 12th alumni meet started with paying tributes to Father of Gudlavalleru Engineering College Sri V.V.R.Seshadri Rao by the alumni members. The alumni interaction is arranged in the conference room. 11th Alumni Meet

The 11th Alumni meet is held in the Campus on 12thJuly 2014. The 11th alumni meet started with paying tributes to Sri V.V.R.Seshadri Rao by the alumni members. The alumni interaction is arranged in the ac seminar hall. The alumni members exchanged their views on how best they can extend their support in shaping the future of the students of Gudlavalleru Engineering College. The office bearers for the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16 are elected based on the opinion of the alumni members. The new office bearers are declared by Mr.N.Deepak, president of alumni association for the academic years 2012-14. Some resolutions are taken for bridging the gap between the Institute and Alumni. 10th Alumni Meet

The 10th alumni meet is held in the Campus on 28th July 2012.  The 10th alumni meet started with paying tributes to Sri V.V.R.Seshadri Rao by the alumni members. The alumni interaction is arranged in the ac seminar hall. The alumni members started interacting among themselves regarding their experiences after graduation. It was a great pleasure to know about their accomplishments in their professional lives. The alumni members interacted among themselves regarding how best they can extend their support in shaping the future of the students of Gudlavalleru Engineering College. The office bearers for the academic years 2012-13 and 2013-14 are elected based on the opinion of the alumni members. Some resolutions are taken for bridging the gap between the Institute and Alumni.
